Kate (aka ‘Killer’) is an active late twenty something who grew to love fitness, food (healthy and some not so healthy), and running after years and years of a sedentary, unhealthy lifestyle.
When I’m not working, I’m training for races from as short as a mile to as long as a marathon, pinning work-outs and recipes on Pinterest, actually working out, cooking, eating, shopping, and watching a multitude of crappy chick-flicks (bonus points for singing or dancing!).
I started this blog, mostly as a personal outlet and escape from the doldrums of daily life, and well, something to do. BUT, I also hope to connect with like-minded people and maybe even encourage a person or two to try something new with their workout routine. Though I intend to focus mostly on physical fitness, my scatter-brained nature will likely carry me into other lifestyle aspects, so try to keep up!
To sum it up, I’m on a constant quest for personal improvement in all areas of life, and new work-out ideas, come sweat with me!
