This week has flown by and to be honest, I haven’t had much time to check out what’s going on in the world around me. Though this did catch my eye:
Some helpful tips from the National Post on how to follow your ‘get healthy’ resolutions, while still being able to enjoy a libation every now and then. Thought this was interesting, as people don’t always think about cutting out alcohol when they want to get healthy but it is definitely a HUGE part of it. So many empty calories and vary little nutrition!
